19 June 2008 The discussion German Migrants in Turkey took place at Humboldt University Berlin. Speakers were Dr. Malte Fuhrmann (Zentrum Moderner Orient), Reiner Möckelmann (former Konsul General) and Dr. Alexandra Gründel (Bosphorus University).
10 June 2008 The panel “The Ban of the AKP. Islamism in Contemporary Turkish Politics” took place in Berlin and attracted about 30 participants. Speakers were Alp Klanten and Samuel Müller.
